Mediation
Workplace mediation is an efficient and effective tool to allow your employees to air and resolve workplace conflict and rebuild working relationships. This includes communication problems, personality or work style clashes, disputes or tensions between colleagues or supervisors and subordinates, and many other workplace conflicts.
As a mediator, I collaborate with clients as an impartial third party. My approach allows clients to resolve their differences in a structured, fair and neutral environment. The guiding principle of mediation is that all parties have the right to negotiate and attempt to determine the outcome of their conflict.
Mediation services include:​

Intake, scheduling, and administering the session
Preparation and mediation/facilitation of the sessions
Conducting post-session follow up as needed

My mediation approach:
Our first step is to discuss whether a workplace conflict is suitable for mediation. Once agreement is reached, I will

Arrange a meeting with the parties separately to understand the conflict and explain the mediation process.

Bring the parties together to outline their concerns and facilitate discussion.

Encourage parties to understand the issues from each other’s perspectives.

Ensure neither participant feels disadvantaged so that they can properly engage in fair and equal discussions and negotiations

Explore resolution.

It is important to understand the parties are encouraged – but not forced – to reach an agreement. If they cannot reach an agreement that they can live with, they will at least have a better understanding of each other’s perspectives.

Our Rates

Intake/pre-mediation: $200.00 per hour (2 hr min.)

Joint Sessions: $170.00 per hour, per party (2 hr min.)

Agreement Drafting: $75.00 per hour, per party
